The Estonian duo Mutlistab‘s most recent project is to put colored cups in fences. Certainly not a new technique for making street art, but I’ve not seen anyone use this method to make such complex pieces. Usually it’s something like this. So good on Mutlistab for taking this simple idea to another level.
