I Can’t Get Enough of i.am.doom
Posted: January 10th, 2009 | Author: RJ | Category: Featured Posts, Photos | Tags: i.am.doom | 4 Comments »So I’ve been looking through i.am.doom’s flickr a lot lately. He’s got some pretty cool work up, and his stencils are clean and well-executed. That’s more than I can say for a lot of the work on flickr, which is part of why he’s been impressing me. Besides meeting my pretty low standards for skill, i.am.doom also has unique imagery. Plenty of street artists use grenades, but his “Drop Knowledge Not Bombs” design just makes me smile with his new use of an old symbol.

I know exactly what you mean mate!
thank you very much for the feature and all the kind words
Fraser, if I had to guess, I probably heard about i.am.doom through Concrete Canvas. Keep up the good work.
i.am.doom, thank you! So many stencils could just be called “Not-Banksy” because all they do is try to do what Banksy does, but I can see that you aren’t just another “Not-Banksy”. I’m really looking forward to seeing what you do in the future.
thanx rj… think thats one of the best compliments i’ve ever had
