Andreas von Chrzanowski / case is “Never odd or eveN”

Andreas von Chrzanowski / case is not only part of Ma’Claim, one of the world’s greatest crews – his fine art is some of the best being created today. Andreas has a show coming up at Signal Gallery (in conjunction with Campbarbossa) on February 18th called Never odd or eveN. Here’s a quick preview of what has gone on behind-the-scenes to create each immaculately spray painted artwork.

I must have a thousand amazing photos so will post more soon! If you’re in London next month, make sure to head on over to Signal to see it all in person.

Gaia and NohJColey collaborate

Gaia and NohJColey just completed this mural for Espeis Outside in New York City. I for one am loving this double-animal thing that Gaia has been doing lately, and although Gaia and NohJ aren’t an obvious duo to collaborate with each other, the result is surely interesting. Here’s a film of them wheatpasting the mural:

The mural was organized by BrooklynStreetArt, and they have a short interview with the duo on their blog.

Kid Acne in Brooklyn

A little late but still warrants attention. It seems as though Kid Acne has rolled through Brooklyn recently and has left a trail of characters interspersed throughout the streets. Becki Fuller just posted some shots over at her blog StreetSpot that she shares with Luna Park of the most recent work. Also in this post are more Kid Acne pieces as shot by Jaime Rojo and Tristan Eaton on Brooklyn Street Art. A veritable army of these little guys. Nice to see people putting up work in the winter. That Fade though….

TrustoCorp signs

UPDATE: Hello traffic from reddit and stumbleupon. If you like this post, I did a similar one a few months ago about similar kinds of signs by other artists. Check it out here.

TrustoCorp seems to be a new street artist or artists who specialize in clever signs. So far I’ve seen them in New York and Miami. I really enjoy street art like this, as much of their work could probably pass as actual signs put up by city workers (at first glance).

M-City and Gaia Collaborate in BedStuy

Over the past two nights, M-City and I painted this collaborative mural on Malcolm X Blvd under the auspices of Brooklynite Gallery. It was a pleasure to work with this incredible artist and frankly the painting went swimmingly, without so much as a single conflict in our styles or vision. A big shout out to Mikeion for the fantastic documentation and the wonderful Brooklyn Street Art for the coverage
