Though he’s been a designer for over a decade, Simon Silaidis has only been involved in street art for one year. Based in Athens, he creates his “urban calligraphy” in abandoned spaces using anything from flat brushes to brooms. He draws inspiration from Western, Arabic, and Chinese calligraphy.
