Jade, of the DA2Crew, recently got up in Lima. Here’s the end product. Very nice.

Peter Vahan sent over these images of what’s been going on over the last few days in Wynwood, Miami. Primary Flight and Wynwood Walls each have a number of murals being painted by a range of artists. Here’s just a small selection of the progress so far from Neuzz, How & Nosm, Above, Shepard Fairey and Retna…

This is a collab by Rookie, Nychos and Dxtr of The Weird Crew and Simple from Göteborg. I felt compelled to post this piece because I’m going to China in March. I’m curious what Shanghai’s street art scene is like.

Each time we visit Bushwick, surprises await. It’s always fun to come upon an artist at work, and this time we met one painting on the streets for the first time. Daniel Gausman, who recently made the move from the Midwest to Brooklyn, NY, draws his inspiration from “geometry, quilting and color.” Still in progress, his huge mural on Varet Street is a homage to all three. Seeking larger walls than his local apartment can provide and at home interacting with passersby, Daniel is likely to grace more NYC walls with his talents.

Sorry this is coming a day late, but Thanksgiving and related activities took priority. Here’s what I missed posting about this week:

Peru’s El Decertor is over Buenos Aires, Argentina and is over course doing some painting while he is there. Here’s a wall that he painted alongside Bla Bla Buto.

There’s speculation around the internet that this piece in central London is by Banksy. I couldn’t care too much either way. Yeah, the stencil is simple, but why does it need to be complex? The message comes across. Plus, the timing is perfect. Although this stencil is in London, no doubt it will be seen by Americans today, the biggest shopping day of the year. So… shop ’til you drop!
