Street art is one of the most popular genres of art in the world today, and East London is a global epicenter for the movement. If you’ve been reading about Banksy and Shepard Fairey or you saw the Oscar-nominated film Exit Through The Gift Shop, but you want to see some of this street art in person and learn more about it, Vandalog’s London street art tour is the perfect way to spend an afternoon or evening. The longest running street art tour in London, Vandalog has been giving tours for over two years. We know exactly where to go to see the most interesting art and behind-the-scenes stories about the often secretive group of artists who do street art. On the tour, you’ll will see artwork by internationally acclaimed artists including Shepard Fairey and Roa as well as Brits like Banksy and Stik. Whether you are a tourist or a life-long Londoner, this tour is for anyone with a curiosity about street art.
Vandalog’s London street art tour lasts about 2 hours as we walk from Old Street underground station, through Shoreditch and Brick Lane, to Liverpool Street station. Tours start every Saturday at 2pm outside of Old Street Station’s exit #4. The cost is £10 per person.
Just email stephanie – at – vandalog . com to reserve a spot on the Saturday tour or to set up a private tour.
